Civic Center Parking Lot Construction
Phase 2 will take around 10 weeks to complete. The goal is to be finished for the November 4th election.
Starting August 18th, the current parking lot (circled in red below) for the Civic Center and 14B District Court will be unavailable.
Public parking for access to the Civic Center and 14B District Court will be located off Veterans Memorial Parkway; north of main parking lot (see the blue circled area below). There will be an additional gravel section added here for temporary use as well.
The drop boxes for tax payments and election ballots will be near the building in the blue circled area as well. Residents are encouraged to pay online, pay by mail, or use another payment option as parking will be limited.

There will be a temporary asphalt walkway from new parking area to the front entrance so that the general public will still be able to access the front doors during construction. This will also allow court patrons to use the sidewalk when it is complete to reach their front doors.
