Civic Center Parking Lot Construction

Please be aware that the Civic Center parking lot is under construction.

Phase 1 of this project is COMPLETE. This was to replace the water main for the Civic Center and 14B District Court.

Phase 2 is planned for Spring/March 2025 after frost allows and in coordination with 14B District Court renovations. This will include a complete parking lot re-build as well as repair of storm sewer lines.

The contractors are well aware of the foot traffic that the Civic Center and 14B District Court have and will make sure to provide adequate parking and adequate passage of foot traffic.
