Expedited Passports – call for additional fees.

Each Applicant Must Bring to Appointment:

• Completed Application for a U.S. Passport DS-11
• Certified Birth Certificate
• Passport Picture
• Execution fee is $35 for each passport and paid to the Township – This payment may be cash, check, money order, or charge if charge the processing company will charge an additional 3% for charge payment.

Minor Passports (0-15 years old)
Additional items to bring to appointment:

• Both parents and minor must be present at the appointment.
• Parent's ID (Driver's License)
• Payment for the passport must be a CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for $100

Adult Passports (16 years & older)
Additional items to bring to appointment:

• Picture ID (Driver's License)
• Payment for the passport must be a CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for $130
