Zoning Board of Appeals
The Ypsilanti Township Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) consists of 5 Ypsilanti Township residents, who are appointed by the Township Board of Trustees. The Zoning Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial body with the authority to hear and determine appeals of administrative decisions and variance applications and make interpretations of Zoning Ordinance provisions.Zoning Board of Appeals Application
Meeting Schedule
In 2026, the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on the first Wednesday of every month. Meetings are not held on holidays. The deadline for application submission is approximately 28 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
