Green Oaks Golf Course Restroom Renovations

FORE!! Ypsilanti Township is happy to announce that the Board of Trustees has approved Northgate Construction to renovate the restrooms at the Green Oaks Golf Course. Northgate will work on both the on-course front 9 and back 9 restrooms, as well as the Pro Shop.

Renovations for the on-course restrooms will focus on the roof, cement structure, and internal fixtures. In the Pro Shop, both bathrooms will be brought up to date with new fixtures, flooring, and entry ways.

Work is planned for May 20th - June 20th and should not affect course operations!

Work will begin August 5th and take about 6 weeks to finish. The contractor will focus on outdoor restrooms first, maintenance garage next, and then the pro shop.
