Community Center Flooring & Bathroom Renovations
In February, the Township Board of Trustees awarded Decima, LLC to renovate the Community Center; work began in early March. When the project is complete, the Community Center will have new flooring in the 50 & Beyond Ballroom, Gameroom, and the Dance Studio! There will also be new bathrooms in the 200 and 300 hallways.
We can't wait to reveal the completed projects to our community.
UPDATE July 16th:
The 200 hallway should be complete by the end of this week and able to re-open. The 300 hallway, 100 hallway, and outside site work are expected to take another 3-4 weeks to complete.
UPDATE: June 4th:
The 200 hallway should be finished completely for inside work by Friday, June 7th.
- Room 201 is complete
- Room 202 needs the flooring to be placed and finishing painting.
- Room 204 needs to be stained and dance rails added to the walls.
- Golf Office needs the cabinets to be added
- Bathrooms need grout, fixtures, and the ceiling finished.
The 300 hallway will be completed in early July.
- Bathrooms are gutted to the dirt right now. New plumbing, walls, ceiling fixtures, etc. need to be done.
Boiler Room work is planned for July 1-12.
The 100 hallway work will take place July 1-12
- Work includes bringing plumbing lines from the men's locker room to the women's and out to the new exterior lines. Will require some flooring restoration.
