Food truck vendors are welcome to reach out to their local contact and schedule a one-on-one inspection (other requirements or fees could apply).

Participating Communities

To operate as a Mobile Food Service Unit (MFSU) in the following communities, you must have a current Washtenaw County Mobile Food Truck Consortium Inspection and a valid State of Michigan Health Department License. Individual communities may have other requirements or fees. Food truck vendors are welcome to reach out to their local contact and schedule a one-on-one inspection.
